Hand-Crafted
Items
While
every care is taken to ensure that this website is updated
daily, hand-crafted items are one-of-a-kind and once they're
sold, they're gone
I will always try to offer an alternative hand-crafted item made
to the same high standards, and indeed made to order if required
Supply
Orders
are usually despatched within 1-3 days. Should there be a delay
you will be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the order and
given the opportunity to cancel your order.
Stock
Any
payment for items not in stock, and not expected within 7 days,
will be refunded before despatch of goods
Returns
& Non-Receipt
Please
contact us within 14 days of notice of despatch concerning any
claims for returns or non-receipt of items.
Your order details will no longer be available after 14 days
(see privacy policy) and therefore no claims can be
processed, or refunds issued, after this period of time
Guarantee
In
the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your goods, please
return them, unopened and unused, stating the reason for return.
A full refund will be given on receipt of the returned goods
Complaints
If
you have a complaint about the service or goods please email
using the contact page. We will endeavour to reply to any
complaint received within 24 hours.
Liability
Crone
Crafts UK & Rat Catcher Bandanas shall accept no
liability for personal injury or negative consequence of use
and/or misuse of goods sold.
Errors
& Omissions Excepted
Crone
Crafts UK reserves the right to cancel a transaction
should there have been an error or omission in the price,
description or image used for a product.
Acceptance
of Terms
By
ordering goods from Crone Crafts UK you are consenting
to our terms and conditions as listed above. Both buyer and
vendor (ourselves) shall be bound by English law regarding
distance selling regulations.
