Children: This website is an on-line store that needs to
collect a certain amount of personal information to process
orders. As such, we ask that no under 18's use the shop. The
proprietor asks that parents/guardians are aware of the laws
concerning privacy of minors and would they please ensure that
any details entered on the site are those of an adult.

Information we collect: The personal information we
collect is used for order processing only. As soon as an order
is successfully processed, or after 14 days of notice of
despatch, your personal details will be erased from the
database.

Our use of your information: Your personal information is
used solely for the processing of your order and nothing else.

Sharing of information: We do not share your personal
information with any third party. Should you choose to pay via
Paypal there is no mutual disclosure of information between
ourselves and Paypal other than your shipping address. No
customer's financial information is held by Crone Crafts, this
includes credit/debit card details which are held by Paypal on a
secure server and are not divulged to ourselves as the merchant.
Disclosure
of information: Unless required by law enforcement agencies
your personal details will not be released to a third party
under any circumstances. 14 days after date of despatch we
will no longer hold any of your personal information, including
order details so please read the terms and conditions returns
& non-receipt section carefully.
